KI NO BI

KI NO BI Gin, crafted by The Kyoto Distillery, is a Japanese contemporary gin with an ABV of 45.7%. This unique gin is distilled from a rice spirit base and features a distinctive blend of botanicals including bamboo leaves, cypress, ginger, green tea, juniper, lemon, orris root, peppercorn, shiso, and yuzu. Each botanical category is distilled separately and then blended, creating a complex and harmonious flavor profile, true to its name which translates to “The Beauty of the Seasons”.
