Hyllie Bryggeri

Hyllie Bryggeri’s story began in 2015 in a Vintrie garage near Malmö. Founder Michael’s early experiments laid the foundation. In 2019, Erik joined, marking the start of transforming the garage brewery into a thriving business. The goal was clear: craft beer to instill pride in Malmö. In 2020, head brewer Johan joined, setting the journey in motion. After six years as a wandering brewery, 2021 saw us move into a modern facility in Malmö’s heart, dedicated to our city. Today, nearly a decade on from our inaugural batch, we produce 250,000 liters annually, making us Malmö’s largest brewery and a key player in southern Sweden. Our beer graces Systembolaget shelves, Malmö tables, and craft beer spots across Europe.
